Specialized Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Counselling
At In Touch Counselling Services, we offer a client-led, trauma-informed approach to mental health support. Our Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Counsellor has lived experience in toxic and abusive relationships, allowing them to provide empathetic and personalized care. We combine psychoeducation, predictive processing, and evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help clients develop healthier thought processes and navigate their healing journey.
We provide the following services:
- Psychotherapy (talk therapy)
- Trauma Therapy
- Relationship Counselling (1:1 only)
All consultations are $70 per 1 hour session, with payments to be made prior to the commencement of each session.
